how do i delete my account?
on the web: open /settings and tap the “delete account” button.
in the mobile app: open the settings tab (tap the gear icon in the top right of your profile) and tap “delete account” — it routes to the same self-serve flow on the website.
deletion is final. it removes your profile, reviews, replies, friendships, and uploaded avatar within minutes.
i forgot my password
on the login screen, tap “forgot?” and we'll email you a reset link. links expire in 24 hours.
someone else is using my handle
handles are first-come, first-served. if there's a clear impersonation case (someone using your name + photos), email us at info@soundspace.fm with the details and we'll look into it.
i found a bug
tell us! email info@soundspace.fm with a screenshot or short screen recording if possible. we're actively iterating and bug reports are the fastest way to get something fixed.
how do i report a user or review?
on any review or profile, use the share menu and the “report” option. for serious cases (harassment, threats), email us directly.
does the app work offline?
not yet. soundspace needs a connection to load reviews and look up music. drafts you start writing while offline will send the next time you're online.
